Two ways I build

Pillar 01

Built inside a large organization

Program · Full Lifecycle Design

Contractor Lifecycle Program

Full program development for companies that work with external talent, covering everything from first contract to final release.

Contracts Recruitment Auditioning Onboarding Metrics Assessments & Evaluations Ongoing Development Release
Outcomes: Built on systems that transfer and are easy to use.
Playbook · National Deployment

National Prospecting Playbook

Developed, built, and co-led deployment with sales teams nationally.

Social Prospecting Relationship Building Through Social Channels Sales Positioning Without the "Buy" Feel
Outcomes: Your teams can find a different channel of new business.
Protocols · 15+ Built

Field Protocols for Education & Sales

Helped build the U.S. protocols defining how Education partnered with Sales.

Prospecting Partnering Ongoing Relationship Management
Outcomes: Protocols adopted across the field organization for optimized processes that are consistent.
Playbook · Manager-Facing

First 30 Days with AI at Work

A structured, manager-led playbook for rolling out AI adoption on a team: what to do in the first 10, 20, and 30 days, and how to measure whether it actually stuck. Two editions exist:

General Edition

The core 30-day operating system: workflow audits, the "Rule of One" for assigning use cases, and a Day-30 measurement framework any manager can run.

MEDDPICC Edition

Adds a dedicated module mapping AI workflows to every MEDDPICC component, Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, and more, with prompt starters built for sales teams qualifying and closing deals.

Outcomes: Tools available to fit to your needs, enable your teams productivity
Pillar 02

Built solo, since leaving Wella

AI Product · Founder

Aclarity.ai

A skincare advisory platform built and operated solo, including product strategy, prompt engineering, UX, and the full technical stack: a custom GitHub repository and a Supabase database. Four AI systems power the business every week without me touching them:

Advisory Chatbot

The core AI users talk to directly: translates skincare science into a personalized routine, backed by claims the Citation Agent has already checked.

Research Agent

Sends a weekly report on new skincare products and trends, and flags what it means for content strategy or the ingredient registry.

Citation Agent

Checks what the research agent surfaces against actual evidence, confirming whether a trend or ingredient claim is backed by real research.

Content Agent

Supports ongoing content production for social channels.

Outcomes: Expanded skills to support business needs, customizable for your biggest pain points
Operating System · Self-Built

Running the company on real Scrum discipline

The entire operation runs on a system I built in Notion: a full kanban board with sprint cards, sprint reviews, think pieces, out-of-scope documentation, a lessons-learned log, and a risk register.

Outcomes: I believe that Kanban boards are not just for IT, but can be utilized in everyone's daily grind
AI Product · Solo Build

Manager Coach

An AI chatbot that helps new managers talk through real situations and practice seeing them from another angle, built from my own memory of becoming a manager with no one to ask.

Outcomes: A 2nd layer of support, when information is private but you still need a sounding board.
Methodology

Every program runs through the same five phases

"The blueprint isn't the win. Sustainability and adoption are."

A
Analyze

Before touching a solution, map where time is lost and where friction actually lives.

D
Design

Architect the structure before building anything.

D
Develop

Build alongside the people who'll use it, not in isolation from them.

I
Implement

Rollout is its own discipline. The format serves the goal.

E
Evaluate

Every program gets a way to know if it worked.

Evolve

The programs that last are the ones still listening. I build in feedback loops and room for what's next, AI adoption included. A system that can't evolve is already on its way out.

How I Work

The instincts behind the method

DISC and CliftonStrengths results, for anyone who wants the shorthand version of how I actually operate.

DISC: S/C — Steadiness & Conscientiousness

Steady, thorough, and allergic to cutting corners. I build the risk register and the lessons-learned log because skipping them costs more later.

CliftonStrengths: Harmony

I look for the version of a plan everyone can actually get behind. It's why the Develop phase starts with the people who'll use it, not with me.

CliftonStrengths: Ideation

I connect ideas other people treat as unrelated. It's where the AI agents came from, and why "we've never done it that way" has never been a reason not to try.

Track Record

What the building actually produced

The numbers behind 13 years of program work at The Wella Company and Procter & Gamble.

01

Contractor Lifecycle Program

Launched for a roster of 150 contractors. Grew into the standing onboarding standard for 400+ contractors, and was adopted as the new-hire training extension for all U.S. employees.

150 → 400+
02

Virtual engagement redesign

Pre-COVID, this was a one-way scheduled webinar: no engagement, just listening. When COVID hit, I rebuilt it: moved it to Zoom for live two-way engagement, stood up two brand-specific sessions a week, sourced and trained the talent to run them, then wrote the playbook so it could run without me, with KPIs tied to engagement and post-event sales.

03

West US team leadership

Directed 8 managers and 75 independent contractors across my territory as a hands-on player-coach, not just a program owner.

04

Territory revenue

Led the smallest, highest-performing team in the region, including a $22M enterprise account, the company's largest in the U.S. Landed a $3M new customer in my final year through a strategic proposal built on conversion education.

05

FY25 regional growth

Contributed to regional revenue growth through capability-driven performance improvement.
